Parking
Parking in any school environment is always difficult, so please consider children's safety, pedestrian walking access and local residents' driveway access when parking outside or near school. Ideally, we would like children to walk/cycle/scooter to school, and even if this is not practical for the whole journey, the Mexborough Arms have given us permission for parents to park there and complete the journey to school in a safe and active way.
If you have any concerns over parking outside school or the surrounding area, please follow this process:
- raise the issue directly with the owner of the vehicle (if they are not present, leave a polite notice on the windscreen)
- if this does not resolve the issue, take a note of the licence plate and report the incident to our local community police officer: Geoff Nottingham PCSO 942 0113 2855374
By following this process, we will be able to track the incidents, where they are taking place, and get support from the local police and road safety team in developing solutions.
